5.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pkxbet Service shall first be subject to good-faith informal negotiation between you and pkxbet. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, pkxbet retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to the platform.

6. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND TERMINATION

pkxbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms and Conditions; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documentation; (d) extended periods of account inactivity; (e) request by regulatory authorities; (f) business operational reasons. Upon account closure, any outstanding bets will be settled according to their terms, and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification or compliance procedures. You may close your account at any time by contacting pkxbet customer support. Account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to closure.
